CafeMom.com A social networking site just for Moms with over 1 million members. Get advice and support from moms. Share your thoughts, photos and more.

WebMd.com Not like you needed to me to point you to WebMD.com, but aside from BabyCenter.com, this has been the second most used site.

ParentsDigest.com This site provides a service that condenses and summarizes a wide range of baby, pregnancy, child raising and other relevant books to help you save reading time. Interesting concept, might be worth a try if you're willing to pay the subscription.
